The site origin plugin is great and makes designing pages so easy and is really the best one i could find. But, it appears that the bullets and numbers are shown in tabular form (no bullets). I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or its just the way it works.
I have to admit that i am new to word press and have been using it for last few days. After struggling to find a proper page design app, finally this plugin is the one that makes page design so easy. There are sections with bullet in editor that show as table and no bullet is shown. Hope I can get some insight into this. You can check what i mean from below:

Basically, your theme is preventing them from appearing. To prevent this you have two options, you can disable the widget class on Page Builder widgets or you can over it with some custom CSS. There are pro’s and con’s to each route but for the most part, the .widget option is more likely to be preferred.
Disable Widget Class
Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Widgets Tab. Untick Add Widget Class and then save. How does that look?
Override it with CSS
You can change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Please add the following CSS:
.widget.so-panel li { list-style: disc; }Let me know if you would like to remove the borders around the list.
You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
