whole setup on all pages dissapeared

Hello,

I’m build press theme. All of a sudden my whole setup had disappeared. All content is still there but it’s changed in the admin from ‘PageBuilder’ to text. HELP!!

I don’t know how to change it back. How is this possible??

Please help me.

    Hi Martin,

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    Private Snippet

    Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Hi Martin,

    I cannot tell you why but it looks like the page has been converted into a non-page builder powered page. This is likely due to a plugin conflict – I cannot spot any known problematic plugins so I’m not sure which one could be at fault. Do you have a backup? :( If you do, revert to it. If not, please start making them and keep care of your plugins to see if it happens again. I know it doesn’t sound like much but that’s pretty much your only option at this point. :( Sorry!
