White space between header and themify builder wont allow itself to modify

Hey, please help. I am trying to get rid of the white line in between the header and the builder(in my case top of a picture). It seems to adjust on the builder (by -10 top margin), but as soon as I save it and reload the page without the builder it goes back to initial position. It is happening on 2/3 pages, whereas it is working on the third page. I tried to modify the custom css, but doesn’t work either. Any idea what it might be? I’m using Themify Ultra.

    Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you’re using a Themify theme and their page builder. It would be best to ask the authors for a hand with this problem. You’re using a premium theme, part of the offering is support.
