White screen when attempting to use page builder on custom template

When I use the default template everything looks great and renders fine. When I switch to the custom template I’ve built (it’s very bare bones, maybe I’m missing something required to show everything?) I get a completely white screen.

Is there any code required in the header, footer, or body that I need to insert to make sure everything runs fine?

    Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and send me a copy of the, now present, error message when viewing your custom template?

    Is there any code required in the header, footer, or body that I need to insert to make sure everything runs fine?

    Outside of the standard WordPress functions (wp_head(), wp_footer(), etc), no.
