White page

Hello!

I’m new to WP and i’m not tech-minded at all. I was exploring my new website and designing it a little bit. At one point the page stopped loading when I was editing some text colouring, and since then I was efficiently locked out.

I’m using the vantage theme but ever since I can not use customize. Once I click customize it will start loading and it won’t stop loading.

I have tried enabling another theme, then going back to Vantage. I’ve tried disabling and removing all plugins, updating my WP, but to no avail.

Please help!

    Hi Joost

    You can perhaps start the troubleshooting process by temporarily deactivating all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. Within only SiteOrigin plugins activated, does the Customizer load?
