You can find the contact information for premium by opening your SiteOrigin dashboard and then open the Support tab. The email will be present on that page.

To clarify, what do you see when you view the support tab? Can you show me a screenshot? I ask the support tab contents is present regardless of whether you have an active license or not. Please note that we’re currently unable to process file attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party site such as vgy.me or imgur.

You’re actually looking at the WordPress Dashboard, not the SiteOrigin dashboard. I suspect this mixup is due to the broken link in my previous reply – sorry about that! :(
