where to access my Premium Support?

I have looked on my dashboard but cannot for the life of me find how to access the premium support email service.. Thanks!

Hi, As above, it all works fine and I can get the settings to my desired outcome, but when I try and use it on the Home Page it just comes up with the shortcode text. Suggestions please? Thank you
