Where is the Live Editor button?

Hello,
I would like to learn how to use the Live Editor function however I cannot find the row of buttons that appears on the How to video? The layout to edit pages looks different than normal.

When I click on Pages and then choose a page, I see the Document and Block tabs on the right, and then the main window in the middle, and then the usual navigation on the left.
Am I supposed to be in a different view, or is this another version?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Currently, the Live Editor is available in the Classic Editor. If you’d like to give that a try, head over to PluginsAdd New, search for and install the Classic Editor.
