The footer.php hasn’t moved so it should be in the theme’s base directory. If it’s not, I would reinstall Vantage. To do this, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceThemes and change to a non-Vantage theme, then delete Vantage. Click Add New and search for and install Vantage once again.

Your only other option would be to manually readd the footer.php to your Vantage directory via FTP. Unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of what we can help you with on our forums. I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for assistance with this.
