Hi all, I’ve recently installed the Vantage Premium Theme and though it works fine for the most part, i can;t seem to get to the customize option. Ive had no trouble with this for my other sites but am here. Any help would be deeply appreciated?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ben

Thanks for your support. Sorry to hear about the hassle.

Go to Dashboard > Updates and run all pending updates, including any updates pending for the WordPress core. This can be caused by running an older version of WordPress.

Once all updates have been run, go to Appearance > Customize and re-test. If the issue is not resolved please try checking for a plugin conflict. I’ll send instructions for that now.

    Hi, I Work Here

In the event updates don’t help:

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

I am having the same issue, I already tried the disable routine and nothing changed. I am running the Identity theme and it worked fine when I first made the page.

      Hi Dan

An outdated version of WordPress is the most common cause of this problem. Please, run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.

Are you running any SiteOrigin plugins?
