Weird suffix in page name

Hi, I’m using the Vantage theme and I have a problem when I give a page a number.
When I save the page, the name/number changes to 12345-2.
This only happens in the Vantage theme. What can be the reason for this? I have not found a solution after days of research.

    The -2 suffix in the page slug suggests that there is another page with the same slug. Please, try going to Pages and using the search field to search for the page number in question. If a duplicate isn’t found, try checking the trash/bin.
