Website not responsive with Pagebuilder
Hi there,
I am having issues with my website with Pagebuilder full-width rows blocking the responsive menu when my website is responsive. Can anyone provide some help? I can send the URL and info.
Other than that I love the plugin and everything :)
Thanks!
Ashley

9Hi Ashley,
Thank you for the kind words! :)
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
Hi Alex,
Thank you for getting back to me! I was premium member but I got a refund since I didn’t need it as it ended up being a hosting issue :).
I cannot see where it says Private Reply checkbox? I have no issue giving my site I just rather it be private for now. For some reason I do not see it in the righthand checkbox as I have used it before on this forum.
Thanks!
Ashley
Hi Ashley,
Oh, that’s right – forgot about that!
Unfortunately, only premium users are able to mark their replies as private at this time. You’ll need to either publicly post your link or a short link service. Sorry mate.
Okay! I will just post it since you are online and available to look – Private Snippet

Thank you!

Hi Ubopad,
To be honest, this looks to be a general theme issue. Can you please clarify why you think this issue is being caused by SiteOrigin Page Builder?
Regardless, you can fix this by adding the following CSS to WP AdminAppearanceCustom CSS:
@media (max-width: 500px) { #posts.posts { top: 158px; } .posts .post-container { padding-top: 0; } } .mobile-navigation { position: relative; top: 150px; }You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
Ahh thank you so much!
Is there anyway this thread can be removed or deleted?
Hi Ubopad,
Yes, upon request. What thread would you like to be removed? We would strongly prefer being able to edit out the “offending” content if that’s an option.
I’m guessing you would like the link removed. If that’s the case, I’ve removed it. :)
Thank you! Not sure how to edit it out – yes just the link :)
