Hi,
I have created a page with pagebuilder which looks perfect on Chrome, but when I look for the page on Internet Explorer the colours are different and the page is not responsive. The text in the first block dissapears underneath the header. This is not the case if you look up the site on Chrome.
Could you please help me with this issue?
Thank you!
Anne-Rose
Hi Anne-Rose,
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hi Alex,
Sure, it’s https://www.dynasource.com/td-resellers/
Hi Anne-Rose,
Unfortunately, the issue you’re facing is as a result of how your theme handles its header. I would recommend reaching out to the developers of your theme for assistance with this issue.
And what about the colouring of the text? In Chrome the text colour in the form is grey. When I open Internet Explorer it is orange. Do you know what causes this?
Hi Anne-Rose,
Chrome isn’t using the color for the placeholder text while IE is. If you would like to avoid this you can force the color using some CSS. Please add (and adjust) the following CSS to WP AdminAppearanceCustom CSS:
You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
Thank you, I have found the problem now!
Hi Anne-Rose,
Great to hear! :)
