Can you please assist me in rectifying this problem? Like the previous person all these items are missing since the last update which is making it impossible for us to progress with anything. Can SiteOrigin please check and fix this bug as we use WordPress to connect to our business?

Please, head over to DashboardUpdates and run any pending updates. Next, run a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins. Does the issue resolve? If so, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking for the issue after each activation.

If I deactivate each plugin, will I lose my existing files, pages and images that I have already set up . Basically will I lose my existing information?
No data will be lost during the deactivation and reactivation process.
