Installer visual editor on page builder now working
The visual editor for page builder is not working on one of my wp sites. The funny thing is I had the exact same problem on one of my other sites recently and i managed to resolve if with help form a forum. I can’t remember which one or what the solution was, but i seems remember it was relatively simple….if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Typically when this happens it’s due to a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hi Alex, thanks for your prompt reply. I tried your suggestion and no luck. As I said earlier I have page builder installed on another website (using same theme) and although I did have the same problems with it initially it’s now working perfectly well.Would it help if i sent you logging details of both?

Yes, but I should be fine with the login details to just the site with the issue present.
