Visual editor blank

Hi, I got a problem with the page builder when using SiteOrgin Editor. The Visual editor is blank and when I write something in the field it appears when I change to the text editor, but when I change back it’s still gone in the visual editor.

    Hi Mathilda,

    This, unfortunately, sounds like a WordPress update issue. Just to rule out any other potential issues, firstly, let try a plugin conflict test.

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    If the plugin conflict test didn’t help, can you please try disabling CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS? This will require editing wp-config.php.

    Hi,
    I have tried all that you suggest and still, it doesn’t work. I have googled the problem and tried other solutions – it didn’t worked either.

    I have multiple sites with same plugins that workes fine, It’s so hard to figure out what the problem is with this site.

    Also, the textmeny is gone to.

    Any other ideas?

    Just to confirm, did you try disabling CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS?

    If so, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Thank you. I was able to log in and I think I’ve resolved this issue. Can you please confirm if this is the case? To clarify, your version of SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle was incomplete so I reinstalled it.
