Dear SiteOrigin,

I’m using Vantage theme for a while. Now my hosting blocked external connections because of virus code in functions.php on top:

if (isset($_REQUEST[‘action’]) && isset($_REQUEST[‘password’]) && ($_REQUEST[‘password’] == ‘a1e3289497aa822d278530cfa24907eb’))

If I delete that code, site is going down. What should I do? How to fix the issue?

    Hi Dgumeniuk,

    Unfortunately, this is a sign that you’ve been hacked. I would recommend running through this WordPress tutorial to fix this issue and reinstall Vantage. I’m sorry mate! :(
