Video widget Playback speed

Good morning all,

I’ve been trying to add a setting on the video widget to allow the user to adjust the playback speed of a video. Is this possible with SiteOrigin, and if not, is there a better way I could get around to adding it?

    Thanks for posting your question.

    If you’re hosting your video on YouTube and have the oEmbed Player option enabled in the SiteOrigin Video Player Widget, your users can adjust the playback speed using the YouTube settings gear icon. Unfortunately, this option doesn’t exist when using the WordPress player with externally or locally hosted videos.
