Issue 1. I’m using Vantage Premium. I can’t add a page!! If I use the editor, it converts automatically to Page Builder whenI press update. And then the page doesn’t appear, instead I get the error message “Nothing Found Ready to publish your first post? Get started here.”
What’s going on?
Issue 2. How do I add or where do I get the Video Widget? It’s not on the selections?
Hi ClickTeam
Sorry to hear about the hassle.
When managing a post or page you’ll have the Visual/Text and Page Builder tabs present. You can either manage a given page/post via Visual/Text OR via Page Builder, but not with both. So you need to choose for a given page what you’ll use to manage the content there. When adding content via the Visual tab it shouldn’t convert content over to Page Builder without first asking. You should only see that dialog request if you click the Page Builder tab.
Our Page Builder documentation can be found here: Page: Getting Started With Page Builder
If you’re not seeing the Self Hosted Video or Embedded Video widget, please head to Plugins > SiteOrigin Page Builder and ensure the Bundled Widgets checkbox is ticked.
Hi Andrew,
Issue 1 is now fixed.
On issue 2, I still don't see the Embedded Video in the selections but I can see the "SiteOrigin Image," "SiteOrigin Social Media Buttons" and others.
What else should I do?
When you add a widget there is a search field, have you tried using that. It’s often the fastest way to find a widget. If you’d like to browse then click the “Page Builder Widgets” link in the left column, they should be visible there.
Hi Andrew,
No, the Embedded Video is still not showing up. I read the other threads and I think this is a prevailing issue in the new version. Probably it hasn't been fixed???
What's the work around? I just really want to put a video!
It’s not a current problem that we know of. If you’d like to email through a set of temporary login details and your url we can take a look:

The quickest way to insert a video besides this widget is to just use a Visual Editor or Text widget and insert the regular YouTube/Vimeo Embed code.
Yes, i just decided to use the Text widget.
For sure. That works.
