I’m using Siteorigin Bundle Widget on my website in Flash Pro themegrill.
I would like to put a video in Video Player widget: what size should it have (height x length x frame)?
How can I read instructions about format and size requested in every Siteorigin Bundle widget?

There are no specific recommended dimensions, only that you should use dimensions that are suitable for your desired usage (this is basically the case for every widget). For example, if you want the video to be the full width of the page, have the vide be at least 1920px wide. The frame rate comes down to the frame rate of your source material (which you should exceed) and your desired file size.
For the best overall browser compatibility, I recommend using mp4 (h.264, h.265 won’t work).
