Looks like you might be using the Embedded Video widget there. Please try switching to the Self Hosted Video widget. Should resolve this challenge.

I can appreciate you’re frustrated. We’ll do everything we can to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

That said, please keep your tone cordial, getting angry isn’t going to help resolve this challenge any faster.

Last night I tried your video with the Self Hosted Video widget, it worked correctly. There are two challenges at play here:

1. The Self Hosted Video widget not working. That is most likely due to a plugin conflict. The first step to resolving that would be to temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test.

Another way of achieving this would be to use the Visual Editor widget. This widget has an Add Media button just like the regular Visual tab so you can insert your video there. To get access to the Visual Editor widget first install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/.

2. The second challenge is Page Builder 1.5.2. We unfortunately ran into two bugs with that release. The first is that it removed Appearance > Home Page from the menu. You can continue to edit your home page from Pages > Home. The second issue is that it dumped page content above any Post Loop widgets. Both of these issues have been fixed in 1.5.3, please upgrade when possible: https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/changelog/.

We sincerely apologise for the above Page Builder issues, we fixed them as soon as we knew.

I can see the problem here: http://www.spaltproductions.com/products/. Going over the source code I’m not able to immediately detect the problem. Please can you check for me:

1. Does the problem occur if you create a quick test page and insert a Circle Icon widget?

2. Does the problem still occur if you temporarily de-activate all plugins besides Page Builder?

3. Is your website making use of CDN?
