Installer Video No Longer Plays
The video that used to play at https://brownthumbgardeningok.com/the-birds-and-the-bees/ no longer plays and if I replace it, the new one doesn’t play, either.
Any help?

The video is playing on my end in Chrome and Safari. Is the issue persisting for you? If so, perhaps try viewing the page Incognito/Private Browsing and or trying another browser.
Well Duh! Didn’t try those. Worked on Safari and chrome but not Firefox. Used to work on Firefox since that’s the browser I’ve used for years. It doesn’t play in Firefox incognito mode, either. The play button is there on a black screen (both modes) and when clicked it disappears for the length of the video and then returns. The audio is there so apparently it is playing but there is no video.
Any clues?

Thanks for checking. Using MacOS Firefox the video is playing for me. I’ll ask Alex here at SiteOrigin to confirm on a Windows computer.

I’ve had a look at the video on your website and was able to play it in Firefox and all other major browsers.
It’s possible you may have a browser extension that’s blocking the request. Said extension is also enabled for a private mode which is why the video issue persisted in incognito. Try temporarily disabling your browser extensions to see if that helps.
