So sorry we weren’t able to reply sooner. It’s unfortunately not possible to achieve a result like your example site without custom coding. If that’s something you’d like to pursue then we’d recommend the company https://codeable.io.
It’s possible to insert a Visual Editor widget into the header widget area at Appearance > Widgets > Header. This widget area is only available when using the default masthead layout. You can insert a video embed code into the Visual Editor widget OR use the Add Media button to add a self-hosted video.
