Video Doesn’t Play On Mobile Devices

I have built a site (lookingglass-foto.com) and I am using the Hero Image widget to embed and display a background video that is hosted on YouTube. The video works fine on laptop/desktop, but it does not work on a mobile device. I don’t see any settings that pertain to the display of videos on mobile devices. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

    ADDITIONAL INFO FOR MY POST: What I mean is that it doesn’t autoplay on mobile devices.

    Hi Chris

    Thanks for posting.

    If you set the video to autoplay in the Video settings for the frame, I’d be happy to take a look at the problem on my mobile device. Right now, it doesn’t look like autoplay is enabled.

    First of all, thank you for your response, Andrew.

    Second, I must apologize for not updating this thread. I had also posted the issue in a WordPress-related Facebook group and I have already been informed that autoplay is not supported on mobile devices, in an effort to prevent unwanted and excessive data charges, if videos were to autoplay.
