Video background won’t play

Hi,

I’ve been having a constant issue with the video background feature. No matter whether it is self-hosted, or hosted elsewhere, it will not play. When I test the site only a blank background appears, without any play buttons or no clear indication a video is supposed to be there.

I’ve tested this through using hero’s and adding in video background frames. I’ve also tried through editing the row styles and adding in a video background – neither were successful.

I am relatively new to WordPress and site origin so I make be making a mistake, however, I’m not sure what else do. I’ve even followed online tutorials on how to do it correctly.

Any suggestions?
