Video background in row – option on the premium version?

Hi

I would like to have the option for a video background in a row and with widgets on top – eg other photos, text blocks or icons. I know this cannot be done in the free version but I ready somewhere that is was possible with the premium version of the plugin? Is this so. I understand that the hero widget allows a background video but you are limited in what you can lay on top of that.
