Verdana and Arial Font Families

I can’t seem to find them in the options for fonts….Which is strange because they seem to be 2 of the most popular font families.

Am I missing something?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi

    Those two are unfortunately missing from the list. We do have it logged to add them, they just haven’t been added yet.

    You can use Custom CSS to resolve this. Insert the following into Appearance > Custom CSS:

    /* Body */

    body,button,input,select,textarea {
    	font-family: Arial, “Helvetica Neue”, Helvetica, sans-serif !important;
    }

    /* Site Title Font */

    header#masthead h1 {
    	font-family: Arial, “Helvetica Neue”, Helvetica, sans-serif !important;
    }

    /* Heading Font */

    h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6 {
    	font-family: Arial, “Helvetica Neue”, Helvetica, sans-serif !important;
    }

    Those are matching selectors for each font option in the Customizer, you can edit or remove them as required.

    The font stack for Verdana looks as follows:

    font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;

    Hi Andrew,

    It seems the Vantage Premium theme is missing some of the most common and most supported fonts on the web.

    When will Arial and Helvetica be added to the list of possible fonts in the customize area?

      Hi, I Work Here

      Hi Phillip

      Those fonts are unfortunately missing from the Customizer. Please open a new thread and let us know what fonts you’d like to use where and we’ll do our best to assist.
