Vantage – Visual Editor not saving changes

I am having a problem with images in visual editor. It has been working fine until now. When I add an image with a caption, it deletes the caption and bumps the text down below the image. It won’t save any of my changes either. It will look fine within the editor, then I click done and update and it deletes all my changes. It is really wrecking my site layout – please advise.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. Can I confirm you’re referring to adding an image in the Visual Editor widget and not the Visual tab? Page Builder content can’t be edited via the regular Visual Editor.

    If none of the above helps you could try create a new test page and see if the same issue is occuring there with the Visual Editor widget.

    Steps after that would be to run any pending updates from Dashboard > Updates and then de-activate all plugins except for Page Builder and Black Studio and re-test.
