Vantage – Vertical banner images on pages & posts

7 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 7 years ago

Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible to place vertical banner images at each side of pages and posts.

Currently, my site looks like this:

And I would like to do something similar to this:

I could probably create a background image with white space int he middle, but I would rather “anchor” two separate images to each side, if that makes sense…is there any way to do this?

Thanks!

Ok, since the images did not show in the original post, the above image is what I want to do, whereas this image below is the current appearance:

    Hi Kbales,

This is possible but it has to be done with a single image. Basically, you create an image and put the desired left and right banners on the side. In the middle, you need to leave 1040px of spacing (this is the middle of the page). Nothing will appear here, and it’s purely just spacing.

If you wish to use two images, unfortunately, this isn’t possible without a fair amount of custom coding. This is beyond the scope of what we can help you with on our forums, but you could hire a developer to implement this for you.

We recommend using Codeable. You’ll be able to hire someone at an hourly rate to do this work for you.
