Vantage update, problems with full width

I just updated to Vantage Premium 2.4.2 My elements that spanned the full width of the page no longer do so.

For example, I have multiple places with a row, that has a background color set, and prior to the updated spanned the entire width of the page. Now, it is boxed. I have checked and theme settings are still for full width, not boxed.

Edit:
Your site is rejecting my premium order number. I have not had this problem before when I made threads.

I have reposted this, it is now accepting my premium #. Not sure what was going on with that.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Calin

Sorry about that, our ordering system has been having intermitted issues for the last few days. The hosts of that order system have let us know they’re working on the issues.

In your WordPress admin, can you check what’s set for Settings > Page Builder > Layout > Full Width Container? This value should be set to #main or body. If you aren’t seeing either of those values there, I’ll take a deeper look at what might be happening.

    Hi Calin

Sorry to hear about the hassles on both fronts. We’re working on the intermittent order number problem.

Please could you check, can you edit the rows in question and re-save them with Full Width Stretched row layouts? Does that restore them?

    Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

Apologies for the double post. Check my instructions if Greg’s don’t help. Thanks.

Hi Andrew, and Greg, thanks for the quick reply.

Greg, settings > Page Builder > Layout > Full Width Container shows “body”

Andrew: that does seem to have fixed it.

Was this an undocked change? that setting had never been necessary before.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Please change:

    body

    to

    #main

And let us know how that goes.

Thanks guys. I set full width container to #main that does not seem to have had any affect, positive or negative. Should I leave it set to #main regardless?

It seems my problem was solved however by your suggestion to change the row settings. I guess prior to the update something else was overriding those. Regardless I now have control to put them back as I need them.

    Thanks,
    Calin

Thanks, leave it set to #main, that’s correct.

    Chat soon.

    Cheers :)
