Vantage Theme upgrade 2.6

I am currently running Vantage Theme 2.4.2 and have never updated. I wish to update version now and want to know if I can update directly to version 2.6? Should I just update and then deal with any issues? Thank you.

    Hi Lesia,

    The upgrade process between those two versions will require a manual upgrade. Outside of that, the process is quite simple – you likely won’t have to deal with many if any issues, and if you do, I’ll be able to assist with them.

    To obtain the latest version, please fill out this form to be emailed the latest version.

    Once obtained, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceThemes and change to a non-Vantage theme, then delete Vantage. Click Add New > Upload Theme and upload/activate Vantage Premium. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsPremium and ensure your premium key is present to allow for automatic updates in the future.

    I would recommend giving the documentation a read as in 2.5 there was a large settings overhaul.
