Vantage Theme: unable to customise theme

Hi,
I’m unable to customise my website that is using the Vantage theme.

When I select “Apperance/Customise”, the window that opens is blank: no options available.

WordPress 6.0 installed, Vantage Version: 1.19.12.

I’ve deactivated all plugins with no change.

    Hi Andrew

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If the issue persists without any plugins activated then it’s possible the issue is a memory shortage. Perhaps try installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/. Once activated, check the footer in your WordPress admin area. There will be a new line displayed showing your PHP and WP memory. Please, let us know what it says.

    Thanks Andrew,
    Installed the recommended plugin.
    Doesn’t look like a memory issue:

    Memory: 10 of 128 MB (8%) | WP LIMIT: 40 MB

    I’ve attached a screen shot to show what I’m looking at…

    If you’re a semi-technical user you could perhaps try increasing the WP Limit to 128 or 256. More on that topic below:
