Vantage Theme: Mobile Menu Not Working on Android Pixel Phone

I recently tested my website www.virtualrdn.com with a Pixel phone and the mobile menu is not working correctly.
I touch Menu, the menu appears for roughly 200 ms, slides off the screen to the right, and disappears completely.
BTW the mobile menu works fine on the iPhone 7.
Thanks for investigating this issue.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi VirtualRDN,

Please try completely disabling your page cache and minify plugin to see if it helps (be sure to clear your cache on the device itself). If it does, let me know.
If it doesn’t, let’s try skipping the animation. Please add the following CSS to WP Admin > Appearance > Custom CSS:

    .mobile-nav-frame {    right: 0 !important;}

How does that look? Please be sure to clear all of your caches.

You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.

    Hi Alex,
I use WP Super Cache. I tried to clear the cache, I even disabled the plugin and same results with mobile menu.

Next I added your custom CSS code and this fixed the problem.

Can you please explain why this worked and what you meant by "skipping the animation".

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi VirtualRDN,

That CSS will automatically complete the animation rather than letting it run like it typically does. This is effectively skipping the animation.

    Hi Alex,
So I notice that on my Windows 10 PC the Meta Slider no longer advances from the 1st slide unless I click to show the next slide. Once I do this the slides cycle through automatically.

On the Android phone the Meta Slider works fine and cycles through the slides.

Can SiteOrigin fix the mobile menu issue so I can remove the custom CSS and have Meta Slider work as expected?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi VirtualRDN,

Are you sure that’s related? What happens if you temporarily remove the CSS? Does the issue remain? I ask as that CSS doesn’t really have the ability to effect the meta slider. It should be noted that the meta slider seems to be working fine for me on Windows 10 – what browser are you having this issue with? Are you able to replicate this issue in a different browser?

I’ve logged it as a bug report. Unfortunately, I can’t do much more than tell the developers about it – sorry mate. :()

    Hi Alex,
Today the meta slider is working fine so please close the bug report.
    Thanks for your assistance.
