Vantage Theme – Logo in menu jumps around

9 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 9 years ago

Hi there,
I’m using the Vantage theme for a website and have a little problem that I just can’t figure out:
In the Masthead Layout I choose the option “Logo in Menu”.

When loading the website for the first time, the logo sits lower than it’s supposed to in the menu bar and enlarges the menu bar.
When clicking on one of the menu items the logo will jump to its supposed position (vertically centered in the menu bar).
It will be in the wrong position again when I force cache purge (Ctrl + F5).

This is my website: www.lydias-seelenapotheke.de/wordpress
It seems to be a general problem with the Vantage theme as I’ve found another website that has the same problem:

Front Page

Please help me, this problem is driving me crazy.

Thanks,
Patrick

    Hi Patrick

    I’m not 100% sure why this is happening but we can try hotfix with a small snippet. Try adding the following to Appearance > Custom CSS and see if it helps:

    /* Logo */
    #masthead.masthead-logo-in-menu .logo[style] {
    	margin-top: 0 !important;
    }
