Vantage Theme keep top menu bar frozen in mobile

In the desktop version, the top bar of the theme remains on screen even when you scroll. Is this possible on mobile also?

    Yes this is possible. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsNavigation and tick Mobile Navigation.
