Vantage theme, Installed Metaslider plugin “error” on mobile device

Hello All!

First of all, I’m sorry, I can speak English very basic level.

I use Vantage Premium theme on my WP site. I am pleased and really like it. Nice work SiteOrigin! ;)
I have a question about the supported Metaslider plugin. I use Metaslider with the SiteOrigin Vantage Premium theme. On my computer the Metaslider plugin works well. But on mobile device the Metaslider plugin does not work well.
When I open my page and I want to scroll down with my finger and I want to zoom the page on Metaslider area but, I can’t scroll down on the MetaSlider area and I can’t zoom with my finger on metaslider area.
So all in all, My problem on mobile device: I can’t ZOOM or SCROLL DOWN (with my finger) on MetaSlider area… And I want to disable the Metaslider picture change when I move my finger left or right on the Metaslider area.

Can you help me? I would like to scroll down and zoom on Metaslider area with my mobile device, and I would like to disable the picture change (next picture) function when I’m move my finger left or right on Metaslider area.

    Thanks for your support, we appreciate it.

    Would you mind running a little test for us. Vantage adds to Meta Slider to try this for testing:

    1. Create a test page.
    2. Add a Meta Slider into the page via the regular Visual Editor.
    3. Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen.
    4. Test on your mobile device.

    This will let you know what Meta Slider + Flexslider, if that’s your slider, is doing without Vantage. We can then chat to Meta Slider as we’ll know what is caused by Vantage and what is just default Meta Slider/Flexslider behaviour on mobile.

    Sorry Mr. Andrew, I have not tried your description…
    My problem has been solved. I changed the options. I use Nivo Slider and this works well on my mobile device. ;) If I change the Nivo Slider to Flex Slider then not working on mobile device. Very intresting…
