Vantage Theme – Insert horizontal spacing betwwen Menu and the WPML switcher

I just bought the Vantage Pro Theme and I must say that I am very satisfied.
Your marketing policy is very clear as the customization process of the Theme.

I have a small issue, how can insert a space between the main menu and the WPML switcher?
Now WPML switcher is very closed to the last entry of menu.
