Vantage theme header: Can I have logo and Site Title and Tagline?

In the Vantage theme header, I would like to have a logo image on the left, with the Site Title / Tagline immediately to the right of it. With the logo not set, I can get the Site Title, but no Tagline. And if I set a logo image, the Title goes away.

I am developing a bilingual site, so there is different text for Site Title / Tagline in each language.
This is why I can’t just include it in my logo image.

I just came from the evolve free theme, which supports this layout.
I was about to pay to get the Vantage premium, but may go back to evolve if I can’t get the header setup.
I would prefer to stay with Vantage however.

    You can give the following child theme a try, it should assist with the challenge you’ve raised, you can download it here:

    Steps to try it:

    1. Download the above ZIP file to your desktop.
    2. Install from Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme > Activate.

    Activating a child theme will cause AppearanceMenusMenu Locations and AppearanceCustomizeTheme Design settings to reset. Give the child theme a try, if you like it you could redo the reset settings.
