can you please help me ?
Hi Micael
Thanks for reaching out.
If you’re able to see this error printed in your WordPress admin, please, proceed to the plugin conflict test below. If you aren’t, try installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/. Put another way, in order to troubleshoot, you’ll need to see the error printed somewhere, that way you can test and hopefully see the error resolve after some action is taken.
Plugin conflict test:
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hello again
after entering recovery mode i see this message:
One or more themes failed to load properly.
You can find more details and make changes on the Themes screen.
Go to the Themes screen
The theme missing is the VANTAGE Theme
i have a child theme based on that theme and that one i can see there.
please let me know if your suggestions are still relevant
thanks in advance

Solved
it was a plugin (WP EDITOR)
thanks!!!
Hi Micael
Sorry to hear about the hassle. I’m really glad to hear you’ve been making progress, thanks for keeping us updated.
Is this the plugin that was the issue? https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor-widget/ If so, you can use the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle which contains the SiteOrigin Editor widget which does the same task. The only problem is if you have lots of content in the WP Editor widget, is that the case?
Hello
it was this one
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/
it was something that i used in the beginning of the website to help editing CSS and php files
i had no idea that this one was “dead”
thanks for your support
Thanks for confirming. You should be able to proceed without that plugin.
If any questions arise in the future, please, let us know.
Cheers for now.
