I can’t recreate this at the moment. The error is saying that the settings function isn’t available. I don’t know why that would be the case. Which version of Vantage are you using? Thanks.
Hi Matt, another user reported this issue and let me know they’re using Vantage Premium. If that’s the case, you might also want to try migrating to the version of Vantage hosted on WordPress.org. I’ve pasted my reply to the similar thread below. Thanks.

Please, try transitioning to the version of Vantage hosted on WordPress.org. As long as you haven’t edited any theme files at a code level, the move is safe. To make the move, go to AppearanceThemes, switch to any other theme, delete Vantage and then reinstall Vantage from AppearanceThemesAdd New, use the search field top right to search for Vantage.
Please, find an update regarding Vantage Premium below. The summary is that all Vantage Premium features are included in the version hosted on WordPress.org, excluding Footer Attribution and Ajax Comments.

In early August 2016 we stopped selling Vantage Premium and introduced SiteOrigin Premium, a single plugin that adds additional functionality to Page Builder by SiteOrigin, the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and all of our themes. In August of 2018 we discontinued email support and updates for Vantage Premium.
Almost all of the additional settings previously found in Vantage Premium are now part of the free Vantage theme hosted on the WordPress.org theme directory. This version is being regularly updated. Footer Attribution and Ajax Comments, two options previously part of Vantage Premium are now addons in SiteOrigin Premium.
