Hello,
I’m attempting to install the Vantage Sitepack to a brand new install, and it keeps hanging in the same exact spot during the installation.
20/147: Importing content – luca-bravo-207676
Its been sitting on this for about 1hr now, so I’m not sure if its attempting to pull content from online during the installation, or if this is included in the plugin, but its not completing. If I break the install, it appears the theme is setup, but its missing content such as pictures and such it looks like plus whatever comes behind in steps 21-147.
I have other SiteOrigin sitepacks installed on the same hosting provider, so its not a hosting issue from what I can tell.
Thoughts?

Account is setup. I actually went ahead and created a brand new sub-site, fresh install of WP, and installed the vantage site plugin only, and went straight to the upgrade. Same issue. If really needed, I can create a FTP account as well if you want back-end access to further investigate.

Unfortunately, we haven’t received notification from your website about the account. Does this site have mail enabled? I ask as not all hosting providers enable it and certain staging type websites will have it disabled by default. Can you please try resetting the password? Sorry about this!

Yea, I actually reset the site a couple times and got the admin email remained to me. Can your confirm the email you wanted me to create again?

I created the new user. Just so you know, you indicated on the original email as well you wanted the 'Send the new user an email about their account.' disabled/unchecked. Wouldn't that cause you not to be sent an email? I wasn't quite sure you didn't want it sent that way, but I've had it unchecked both times I created the account.

Oh. I’m so very sorry about this! Our canned replies system was down when I wrote that reply so I was using the canned replies we use for emails and in that situation, we don’t want WordPress to email us. Very sorry about this! Yes, please set it to send me the email. :(

I’ve been able to log in and replicate this issue. When it reaches the 20th step there is a 500 error. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG? This will require editing wp-config.php. This will allow us to see the proper error message rather than a generic error message.
Also, can you please also enable WP_DEBUG_LOG?
