Vantage Sidebar e Text Editor

Has been quite a while since I reported this issue, then I’ll refresh the problem and let’s see if any fix pop-up next.

#1 Sidebar Widget SO Text Editor

Basically, with Vantage (premium) on the Sidebar, the Site Origin Text editor widget windows fall down WordPress Admin sidebar. See the screenshot

This problem happens only with Page Builder editor the other widgets works correctly.

#Page – SO Page editor
Note: I discovered this bug just recently.

When I scroll down the bottom end content of the page I’m editing, the top Text Editor Bar disappears. Then I’m forced to scroll back to the TOP of the page and then the Text Editor show up again. But everytime the widow reach the bottom of the page it fades. Quite frustrating.

Here is the screenshot

As additional info, I’m using a MacBook Pro retina 13 screen OSX Yosemite.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Andrea,

    1. That’s odd. Can you please clarify what your screen resolution is?

    2. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate this issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Alex

#2 Yes, I’m using Vantage premium combined with PB and recommended SO plugins, except SO CSS editor. I did try to follow all your requests but nothing has changed. The problem still occurring for problem 1 and 2

I also switched to a default WP theme, 2012, but still the same problems.

I did repeat all the test also with Cloud Flare CDN deactivated, of course, still the same issues.

Then, I believe it is fair to think is related to Plugin side.

#1 My Screen resolution is 2560×1600 (which is set by default on MPB 13 retina).

    Update.

Sorry, I didn’t click right away the link about my screen resolution on the browser, your linked page says: YOU ARE USING
    1280 x 800

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Andrea,

Sadly, based on the scaled resolution, 1 is sadly unavoidable at the moment – you’ll need to either decrease the amount of scaling or zoom the page out. I’m going to bring this up with the development team to see if this is something we can account for. Sorry about this! This will be fixed but it won’t be in the next update (that’s likely to come out later today and is sadly locked).

Thanks. Regarding issue 2, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Andrea,

Unfortunately, I haven’t received the email. This may sound like an odd question, but is your website are you receiving emails from your website? I suspect your server may not be sending emails.

I'm investigating, I have suspected it might be related to HTTPS address through CDN. I mean, I wonder if that is happening because I've excluded the admin page from the HTTPS domain. I'll be back shortly.

Alright, I just deactivated from Cloud Flare page Exclusion the /wp-Admin

Let’s see if that was blocking the email.

Let me know, I’ll be on standby. Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Andrea,

Unfortunately, we haven’t received any emails. Typically, emails are received instantly and if there is a delay it’s very minor. :(

Alright, I’ve send a direct email from my google account with the password
