Vantage: Set maximum page width so margins margins appear as browser expands

By Ryan Scott, 8 years ago. Last reply by Alex S, 8 years ago.

I have pictures set in my meta slider and when I expand the browser the picture resizes accordingly causing text to go off the slider. My question is how can I set a max width of the website so that margins begin to appear as the browser expands past the set width. This would hopefully prevent the picture from expanding to the point where the text disappears.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ryan,

Oddly, there should be a max width set by default in Vantage. Is the slider set to full width? Try navigating to WP AdminMeta Slider and then find and open your slider. Then open the Advanced Settings settings group on the right and disable the stretched setting, if enabled. Try also adjusting the width of the slider.

If this doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
