I´ve just made a payment and upgraded to Vantage Premium.
1) Then i activated the premium the prevoius Vantage Child Theme -styling dissapeard, it’s there but it does not apply to the new premiun theme and changes will not be shown.
– Should i make a new childtheme from the Vantage Premium?
2) Can i now use the premium key in several Vantage-installations besides my own?

Hi Deeman
Thanks for your support.
It shouldn’t be necessary to create a second child theme. The setup is the same whether you’re using Vantage free or premium as the parent.
It looks like you went ahead and setup another child theme. That seems to be working correctly. Would you like any further help on this?
Yea, to get it up and running as before i had to make a child-theme from the Vantage Premium theme.
Unfortunately i had to reapply some css from a backup.
So.., what about question 2?
Mmm that shouldn’t have happened. If you’re interested as to what a Vantage starter child theme looks like, please, see: https://siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/vantage-child-starter.zip. That’ll work with free or premium.
Something else that might have happened. If you installed premium manually you would have needed to have first deleted Vantage free. Running both at the same time might have caused problems with theme names and child themes.
Thanks for the reminder. Your license is valid for a single production website.
Yes something might happend during the auto-installation.
What about the Site "what WordPress Theme is what"
I shows the info from the default theme?.
For an ex. I want the info to be ex.
A Customize Vantagetheme by DAITCON.

If you modified theme files inside of the parent theme, Vantage free, then those changes would have been lost on update.
If you have footer.php in your child theme, please, try removing it. Appearance > Theme Settings > General > Site Information Text will then render.
Info and CSS are modified in style.css of the Vantage Premium Child Theme.
No footer.php in child folder

Thanks for the update. Do you have anything inserted at Appearance > Theme Settings > General > Site Information Text. That’s where you’d need to insert your footer text.
Im not talking the information in the footer.
If you go here: http://whatwpthemeisthat.com and search my url “daticon.com” you will get the default theme information:
This:
/*
Theme Name: Vantage Premium
Author: SiteOrigin
Author URI: https://siteorigin.com/
Theme URI: https://siteorigin.com/theme/vantage/
Description: Vantage is a flexible multipurpose theme. It’s strength lies in its tight integration with some powerful plugins like Page Builder for responsive page layouts, MetaSlider for big beautiful sliders and WooCommerce to help you sell online. Vantage is fully responsive and retina ready. Use it to start a business site, portfolio or online store. We offer free and premium support on our support forums (https://siteorigin.com/thread/).

But i would like it to be:
/*
Theme Name: Vantage Premium Child
Description: A Customized Vantage Premium Child Theme
Author: Daitcon
Template: Vantage
Theme URI: http://daticon.com
Version: 1.0
*/
Other settings in the style.css in the Child Theme after the information from abowe:
@charset “UTF-8”;
@import url(“./style.css”);
I’m, unfortunately, not sure how you’d get around that. The tool is picking up your parent theme.
So, that should i do? Now it even says im missing the Mother theme?
Sorry, not quite following you there. Where are you seeing a message saying that the parent theme is missing?
Inside WordPress: Appearance > Theme Settings
Do you mean at Appearance > Themes?
In that case you could try re-installing Vantage. If you use FTP or a hosting file manager you should find a “vantage” folder installed at /wp-content/themes/, delete it. Once gone you’re free to manually install the premium parent theme again. You can do this using the premium ZIP file. Here is your download link for that:
Private Snippet
Once the vantage folder is deleted you can install the premium theme ZIP from Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme. That should properly install the parent and remove the message you’re seeing.
Be careful not to delete your child theme during this operation.
I’v esome serious issues here *doh*
After restarting everything i now got:
A) 1 x Vantage Premium Theme and
B) 1 x Vantage Premium Child Theme
(B) is activated, but information at the “http://whatwpthemeisthat.com” shows the information from (A)
I’m not familiar with http://whatwpthemeisthat.com. I’m assuming that it checks the parent theme being used.
Ok, something u can checkup and give me feedback abt later?
You could try researching this problem further using Google:
https://www.google.co.za/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=wordpress%20hide%20parent%20theme%20details
Or stackoverflow:

It’s unfortunately beyond our support scope to assist with this particular matter. The WordPress parent child theme system is a core feature and unfortunately not something we have control over. This is a custom development task.
If you ever are in need of custom development assistance, we highly recommend the developers at Codeable.
Ok, thanks for now – i will changen the default themeinfo and i´ll go from there at the moment.
-Anyways… great theme and pagebuilder etc.
Thanks!
Oh, is this “function.php” fileinfo correct?
You don’t need the closing PHP tag but if you do use one it must be complete.
Otherwise everything looks normal.
