Having trouble updating Vantage to Premium, went ok on my local test site, the remote client site hangs on the message, “Enabling Maintenance mode…”.
Vantage shows an update is availalbe, but when going to update hangs on update/ftp screen.
Any assistance or clues would be most helpful.
Solved the problem, ended up being group members or permissions on the WP folder, hosting service had to get involved.
