Just like many of the other comments I have seen when trying to figure out what happened, upon upgrading vantage premium from 2.2 to 2.2.2 the header widget positioning changed from the right side to being located under the logo.

I checked the widget positioning and its still located in position 1 (the same as before the update). The location is just no longer right justified, but relocated under the logo. I’ve tested this out in IE,Firefox, and Chrome and each displays the same results.

Please Help,

Tommy Carroll

too add to it: on mobile browsers, the responsive setup used to center the header widget below the logo and now it aligns it left.

I’ve also tried to respond to thread: https://siteorigin.com/thread/vantage-premium-upgrade-causes-header-widget-relocation/ about 6 times now. Each reply just disappears as soon as I post it. It’s being received because each time I respond the thread jumps to the front of the list, but nothing is ever added. Please refer to the same website listing for both threads.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Tommy

Sorry to hear about the hassle you’ve run into here. Moving to 2.2.2 we changed the hgroup tag to a div class. Your compressed stylesheet isn’t rendering this change and is still showing the previous version stylesheet. It looks like you’re using a CDN so this could be a caching problem. Please see if you’re able to clear your cache. If that fails please try re-installing the theme. You can find a ZIP file download link in your original order confirmation email from SiteOrigin and instructions here: https://siteorigin.com/basics/updating-theme-from-zip/. If you need to recall your original order email you can do so from here: https://siteorigin.com/orders/.

(The additional thread you’ve linked to appears to link to this thread so I’m not sure what happened there. We’re at GMT+2 so you’ll unfortunately need to factor in a time zone delay when waiting for a reply – we do our best to get back to everyone promptly).

I had to remove the CDN called cloudflare for multiple reasons and it fixed it. Purging all caches didn’t resolve the issue.

    Thank you!
