Vantage Premium Update Fails

Hey,
i have a problem with the upgrade to the premium version. I already have installed and activated the free version. Now i wanted to enter the Order Number and got the message:

Your Order Number Is []
There was a problem contacting our validation servers.	Please try again later, or upgrade manually using the ZIP file we sent you.

I also tried to upload the zip folder, but there also appears following message:
Theme is already excisting – installation failed.

Please help.

    The Upgrade is still not working. I tried now for more than 7 hours and there is still the same message that there is a problem with the connection to the server..

    “There was a problem contacting our validation servers. Please try again later, or upgrade manually using the ZIP file we sent you.”

    Please help me!

    Hi Nina delete the existing Vantage theme and upload the zip file again .

    Sorry, i am new to wordpress, so i didn’t really figured out how or that i can delete the themes. i only tried to deactivate and activate it.
