Vantage Premium theme search icon not showing on desktop computer webbrowsers?

Denmark calling.
Hi I am Jesper, I am a webdesigner
from the old days before CMS was invented
fighting wih HTML 3.2 in Internet Explorer 3 and Netscape 2!
I normally work with Adobe DreamWeaver and Adobe Muse
and all the rest of Adobe apps.
So WordPress is rather new for me and what a mess!
ha ha ha ha.

I am on a 4 week internship as webdesigner helping the company
correcting some things on their websites.

We have:
www.gjtransport.dk
www.bionor.dk
www.cheminor.dk
I was given a to-do-list to edit and correct the sites.

All of them is a WordPress 4.7.2 site
and has s SiteOrigin Vantage Premium theme running
v.2.5.4 on them all.

The problem I am asking about is
that on one of the sites the search and menu icons
is not showing.
On bionor.dk and cheminor.dk the icons is working OK
But NOT on www.gjtransport.dk

On my iPhone with iOS v.10.2.1
the search icon and menu icons
shows up as they should in Safari browser.
No problems.

But they are not showing on Desktop computers.
Like I am sitting on a Window 7 SP1
and testing in web browsers:
– Google Chrome v.55.0.2883.87
– Firefox v.51.0.1
– Opera v.42.0.2393.517
– Internet Explorer v.11.0.9600.18537

Please tell me how I can correct this problem?????

    Hi Jesper,

    I can’t seem to view http://www.gjtransport.dk as it’s returning 403 for me. Regardless, I suspect this may be a CORS issue. Are you able to replicate this issue when viewing from gjtransport.dk rather than http://www.gjtransport.dk?

      Thank you very much for your reply.

      Our websites has been blacklisted because of hackers.
      We are working on it.

      I am just a trainee here so I dont have the
      Vantage Premium login/password for that premium support.

      I will write to you when the websites are online again.
