Vantage Premium Support – Typical Response TIme?

We have Vantage Premium and I raised an issue several days ago with [email protected] but have not received a response. It was the first time I attempted to use Vantage Premium support – am I doing something wrong or do responses via email support delayed?

    Thanks for reaching out. Please, can you check your Spam folder, Alex replied to your email on September 12th, about eight hours after we received your query. Perhaps it landed in Spam? I can see that it wasn’t read. Please, let me know what you find. Thanks again.
