Hello, I had someone call me that my menus stopped working on my website. I have vantage premium and have tried different browsers and am not sure why they stopped working.

The page loads correctly and the sub-menus appear as intended.

Yes that is weird that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Can it be something with cache?
I just tried the menu on my phone and it is it expanding at all.

I notice that when the slider fails to load, that is when the menu’s fail with jquery errors. This may be a conflict with another plugin. Please try disabling all non siteorigin plugins and test again a few times. If all is well the enable the other plugins one at a time, testing in between until it starts to fail again. That should lead us to the conflicting plugin.

I ended up going with a different slider that fixed it. The bad part though is that metaslider seemed to he the issue and vantage is supposed to work in hand with it.
Thanks for reporting Mike. We don’t have any open bugs with Meta Slider at the moment. In the event you’d like to switch back to Meta Slider and try troubleshoot this with us, just let me know and we’ll get stuck in.

Hi Mike, thanks for the wait. Could you perhaps setup a test page for us? If so, go to Pages > New, create a page with any name and then select a page Meta Slider from the right column drop down menu. Once ready, send through the link and we’ll take a look. Hopefully we can find a solution from there :)
